Private denture costs in West Bromwich

A private acrylic denture at Medical-Dent in West Bromwich costs £400 for 1–3 teeth, £600 for 4–14 teeth, or £700 for a complete denture. These prices are per arch. Book a consultation to discuss which denture suits you and agree a treatment plan.

What the price covers

The price of a new denture covers one arch: upper or lower. It includes the full process of making and fitting that denture, with all the necessary appointments, fittings and adjustments. Repairs, relining and adding a tooth are separate items on the fee list:

• Laboratory repairs: acrylic £120, chrome £200, or flexible £250.
• Adding a tooth to an existing denture: £120 per tooth.
• Laboratory reline: £120.
• Clear denture clasp: £100 each.

The fee list states “no guarantee” for repairs, relining and adding a tooth.

Choosing a denture

A partial acrylic denture costs £400 for 1–3 teeth or £600 for 4–14 teeth; a complete acrylic denture costs £700. A partial metal-framework denture costs £700 for 1–3 teeth or £1,000 for 4–14 teeth. A partial flexible Bredent denture costs £650 for 1–3 teeth or £800 for 4–14 teeth. At Medical-Dent, metal-framework and flexible dentures are partial dentures; we do not offer complete dentures of either type. All our denture fees are for one arch.

Dentures after extractions

If teeth are being removed, an immediate denture can sometimes be planned, but healing changes the shape of the mouth and further adjustments or replacement may be needed.

Who provides dentures

Dentures at our practice are provided by Dr Beata Górska, Dr Marta Hermaniuk and Dr Kamila Szuberska.

All dentures at our practice are made by SkyDent Dental Laboratory. The laboratory is registered with the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency), registration number 10503, and is a member of the Dental Laboratories Association (DLA).

Payment and finance

We take card payments. We offer interest free and interest-bearing finance. 0% APR is available for up to 12 months on eligible treatment. Subject to age, status and affordability. Minimum spend applies. The minimum amount you can finance is £350.

Finance is subject to status and affordability checks, and the lender may decline an application. Medical-Dent acts as a credit broker, not the lender. A monthly figure on its own does not tell you the total cost: check the repayment period, APR, total amount repayable and any other terms before deciding.

The monthly payment needs to be calculated from the current plan and the finance terms available to you.
