Appointment requests: we collect your name, email, phone number, preferred time, treatment and message so we can call you back and book a visit.

Cookies: the site uses essential cookies for basic function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the appointment form from spam. It processes technical information about your browser and connection to carry out this check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

How we protect it

We do not sell your details. We share them only where the law requires it or with processors who send the appointment email on our behalf.

Appointment requests are sent through our mail server to the practice’s Google-hosted inbox. The website temporarily counts submission attempts to help prevent spam.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold from this website. Email info@medicaldent.uk or call 0121 663 1690.

How long we keep it

Website appointment requests are kept for up to 12 months. Clinical records are covered separately in our patient privacy notice.
