Same-day urgent care, seven days a week until 9pm.
Toothache does not keep office hours. Medical-Dent is open 10am–9pm, Monday to Sunday, on High Street in West Bromwich.
What counts as urgent
- Severe toothache
- A broken tooth or lost crown
- Swelling or a dental abscess
- A knocked-out or very loose tooth
- Bleeding that will not stop after an extraction
Call 0121 663 1690. If you cannot get through, try 0771 544 4719. Ask for the first available urgent slot, not a routine check-up.
What we can do today
Pain relief, dressings, extractions, abscess incision and temporary crowns are all ordinary work here. A full reconstruction may need a second visit. You will leave with a plan and a number to call if it worsens overnight.
If you have spreading facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or uncontrolled bleeding, go to A&E.
